New Club Kit – Order Form
The order form for the new Club kit is available to download here.
Printed copies will be available at Monday’s “try before you buy!” session. There will also be help on hand to answer your questions and to assist in completing the form and making payments.
All completed forms to be handed to Heather or Martin who will then collate the orders to place a bulk order with the supplier.
Remember that the subsidy – should you choose to take advantage of it – applies to the purchase of one shirt and one pair of trousers (or shorts) only. Why not order additional items now to take advantage of the bulk discount?
More items will be available to order around about October-time – watch this space!.
Try Before You Buy – First Session Booked
First session to “Try before you buy“!
Sample sizes will be available to try on from 5:00pm on Monday 31st August.
Order forms will be available and circulated shortly.
New Kit Agreed
At the EGM of 17th August, members present voted overwhelmingly to adopt the new kit for the start of the 2027 season – the new kit to be worn by players in all representative matches.
Those who have invested in white waterproofs or fleeces may continue to wear these – only the new shirts, trousers and shorts are required to be worn for matches.
What Happens Next
In the next few weeks, sessions will be arranged where members may drop in and try on representative samples of the shirts and trousers to get their preferred sizes for ordering.
The samples will not be on general availability at the club – you will have to attend a scheduled session. Dates of the sessions will be advised via this web page, through WhatsApp and by email.
Order forms will be available for members to complete their order – either by hand or by email.
How to apply (or forgo) the subsidy on a combined purchase of one shirt and one pair of trousers only will be indicated on the order form. Any subsidy not claimed will be held in reserve to help future new members as and when needed.
Help will be on hand to assist with sizing and ordering.
The intention is to place the first bulk order for shirts, trousers and shorts (to obtain maximum discounts!!!) in September with, if required, a second bulk order opportunity in the New Year.
Additional items – cap, gilet, sleeveless gilet, padded gilet, training/tracksuit jacket – need to be prepared by the seller and approved by the Club. Members will then be able to order these as they wish.
An online shop will become available in the next few months for members to order additional items as and when they wish.
