The annual President’s v Captain’s match took place on Saturday 26th April. Played under beautiful Spring conditions and in good spirit, the match was enjoyed by all who took part. Club members feel that the green is playing very well – much better at this time of year than in previous seasons. Congratulations to all involved in maintaining and improving the green.

This annual match gives Club members an early run out on the green and is all about ‘the taking part‘. Whilst it would be impolite to mention the score, it might be said that the Captain’s team ended ever so slightly ahead of the President’s.
