On each competition sheet the top name(s) is/are the challenger(s) and the bottom name is/are the opponent(s).

There are two dates for each round, the first is the Offer by Date and the second is the Play by Date.

Offer by Date:
By this date the challenger(s) should have offered their opponent(s) two dates on which to play the match.
If after the offer by date a date to play has not been agreed then the opponent(s), after informing the competition secretary, should offer a date on which to play the match.

Play by Date:
The game must be played by this date. Whoever fails to play by this date will be disqualified from the competition.

Please plan ahead as being on holiday etc does not excuse anyone from competing on time.
