The open days are an annual event where we invite newcomers to see our excellent facilities, meet club members and try their hand at playing lawn bowls. All are welcome and bring the family as it a great game for all ages.

You should wear comfortable clothes and, if possible shoes that have flat soles but don’t worry if you don’t have any as we have plenty in various sizes that you may use. We also have a selection of bowls to suit all hands.

Club members will be available to take you out on the green to explain the basics of the game and give you all the coaching you need to set you on your way to becoming a proficient bowler.

The clubhouse and bar (very reasonable prices) will be open – all you have to do is turn up.
